Three lagoons that are as interesting to visit as they are different from each other: the Camino de Villafranca lagoon, the Yeguas lagoon, and the Veguilla lagoon. Along the paths that cross them, we find birdwatching spots, alternating saline and desert landscapes, which change to steppes and then become humid meadows. These changes make this area protected by UNESCO its greatest attraction.
We will surely spot red ducks, imperial herons, common cranes or flamingos. Among the flora we will see saltwater species in Yeguas and Villafranca; and freshwater species such as reeds, reeds or enea, in Veguilla.
