This process begins when a need for new profiles is detected in the different specific areas. This decision may be due to project expansion, increased demand, or the departure of a team member. We define the required profiles for the specific area, describing the necessary technical skills and competencies, as well as a brief outline of the conditions offered for the position. Once the profile is defined, the vacancy is published through our website, LinkedIn and internally.

What is the vacation policy?

Employees are entitled to 23 working days of vacation per year of employment. Time off can be requested at any point during the year, coordinated and agreed upon between the employee and their team lead or manager.
