This decision may be due to the expansion of projects, the increase in demand or the departure of a worker. We define the required profiles for the specific area and specify the technical skills and competencies necessary for the position, as well as the conditions (briefly) that we offer for the position. After defining the profiles, we started to publish the vacancy through our website, LinkedIn and internally.
