If you are from Elche, Monforte del Cid and Agost (Alicante), you are interested in this survey of Public Participation Plan of the El Secarral Photovoltaic Solar Plant Installation 108.47 MWp of installed power.

As established by Legislative Decree 1/2021, of 18 June, of the Council approving the consolidated text of the Spatial Planning, Urban Planning and Landscape Act, Landscape Integration Studies (hereinafter EIP) must contain a Public Participation Plan (hereinafter PPP) to know the opinion or preferences of the interested public regarding the value of the landscapes concerned, the definition of landscape quality objectives and the options considered in the projects to which they accompany. The PPP is a document that defines and develops the public participation strategy and is included as an attached document to the Landscape Integration Study.

Lavanda Desarrollos España, S.L. is the developer of the El Secarral 108.47 MWp Photovoltaic Solar Plant, on rustic estates in the municipalities of Elche, Monforte del Cid and Agost (Alicante). Specifically in the area called El Vinalopó Mitjà, according to the map of the National Geographic Institute at a scale of 1:25,000 in its Sheets 0871 “Elda” and 893/894 “Elche”.

This PUBLIC PARTICIPATION PLAN is presented as part of the Landscape Integration Study of these projects, in accordance with Legislative Decree 1/2021, of June 18, of the Council approving the consolidated text of the Land Planning, Urbanism and Landscape Act.

To carry out the plan, we request that a brief survey be completed to assess the landscape elements considered in the Landscape Integration Study (Landscape Units and Landscape Resources), as well as the contribution of some landscape resource that they consider has not been included and that would be worth considering for the study.

With the image shown in each question, it is a matter of evaluating, according to your preference, the landscape quality of each Landscape Unit or landscape resource, evaluating each one from Very Low to Very High.

Remember that you are not valuing the photographic quality, but rather the scene shown.
