Grants to prepare your municipality's Territorial Municipal Emergency Plan (and other Plans)

If you are part of a Castilla La Mancha City Hall, this interests you.

Starting tomorrow (March 21, 2023) and until April 13, 2023 you can apply for the grant to prepare your Municipal Territorial Emergency Plan (PLATEMUN) or other Municipal Action Plans (PAM) that they have the obligation to prepare in accordance with current regulations.

Municipalities in Castilla-La Mancha that meet the established requirements (see Resolution) can take advantage of this aid by providing the following documentation:

• Certification issued by the Secretariat of the respective local entity stating the agreement of the competent body approving the grant request, stating the amount of the grant requested together with the number of civil protection plans for which it is requested.
• Detailed budget, with an indication of the economic cost of carrying out the municipal civil protection plan or plans subject to the grant request. In the case of several plans, this budget must break down the amount that corresponds to each of them.
• When the amount of the eligible expenditure exceeds the amount of 15,000 euros, the requesting entity must request at least three offers from different suppliers, prior to contracting the commitment to provide the service. The choice between the offers submitted, which must be provided together with the request for the grant, will be made according to criteria of efficiency and economy, and the choice must be explicitly justified in a report when it does not fall on the most advantageous economic proposal.
