If you are from Elda or Preter (Alicante), you are interested in this survey of the Public Participation Plan for the 24.98 MWp “IDELLA” PHOTOVOLTAIC PLANT PROJECT AND EVACUATION INFRASTRUCTURE, to be located in the municipalities of Elda and Petrer (Alicante).
As established by Legislative Decree 1/2021, of 18 June, of the Council approving the consolidated text of the Spatial Planning, Urban Planning and Landscape Act, Landscape Integration Studies (hereinafter EIP) must contain a Public Participation Plan (hereinafter PPP) to know the opinion or preferences of the interested public regarding the value of the landscapes concerned, the definition of landscape quality objectives and the options considered in the projects to which they accompany. The PPP is a document that defines and develops the public participation strategy and is included as an attached document to the Landscape Integration Study.
MIRLO BLANCO RENOVABLES S.L., is the developer of the 24.98 MWp grid-connected “IDELLA” Photovoltaic Plant with an infrastructure for the evacuation of the energy generated by the photovoltaic plant through an overhead and underground line of MT at 66kV of 2,523.61m to ST Elda
This PUBLIC PARTICIPATION PLAN is presented as part of the Landscape Integration Study of these projects, in accordance with Legislative Decree 1/2021, of June 18, of the Council approving the consolidated text of the Land Planning, Urbanism and Landscape Act.

To carry out the plan, we request that a brief survey be completed to assess the landscape elements considered in the Landscape Integration Study (Landscape Units and Landscape Resources), as well as the contribution of some landscape resource that they consider has not been included and that would be worth considering for the study. You can access the survey here, (a new window will open for you)
With the image shown in each question, it is a matter of evaluating, according to your preference, the landscape quality of each Landscape Unit or landscape resource, evaluating each one from Very Low to Very High.
Remember that you are not valuing the photographic quality, but rather the scene shown.
Thank you for your participation!
