Ideas MedioAmbiental collaborates with the Climbing Camp 2022

From July 11 to 15, the Climbing Camp of the Mountain Sports Federation of Castilla La Mancha was organized in the Sierra y Cañones de Guara Natural Park, specifically in Rodellar (Huesca). 23 athletes from Toledo, Ciudad Real, Cuenca, Albacete, Madrid, Valencia and Castellón attended. The participants were able to enjoy frantic days of swimming in pools, safety workshops, self-control, overcoming fears and embedment with knee braces, summer movies with “Venezuela Jungle”, games and a lot, what a lot of rock.
These days, the federation's technicians have been able to accompany l @s athletes in overcoming their fears, consolidating techniques of correct plating, correct and fluid fastening, rope guidance, setting up meetings, breathing and concentration techniques, controlled falls, responsible behavior with the environment and, above all, in learning and improving as athletes in order to be able to face their projects on the rock with confidence. These have been days of companionship, self-improvement, enjoyment, smiling and learning.
