Our friend Agustín García from Colibris Openpartners Tell us about the need to reflect all our good environmental and social practices in a Report or in other words, that are treated with the same formality and rigor as any other line of business activity (such as commercial, strategic, productive, HR, etc.)

At Ideas MedioAmbiental we started our CSR journey almost from the beginning, and for 2 years we decided to go one step further and start preparing these reports (with more or less delay in their publication), as well as to plan with foresight the actions to be carried out each year.

We are currently halfway through our plan for 2014, the most ambitious and exciting despite the fact that the situation is not favorable; just as we are currently drafting the report for the year 2013, yes,... with a little delay... but the important thing has already been done; which are all the actions we are considering for 2013.

Agustín's post asks us about the need to prepare the memory of our economic, social and environmental performance using existing standards to enable comparison with other memories, something that we have not considered to date, which also has another advantage, we can even compare our own CSR memories in different years, and thus verify our progress.

If you are a little lost in terms of CSR Memories, we recommend the following post by Agustín:

Noise isn't good, but good doesn't make noise

On International Noise Awareness Day, we remember that reducing acoustic impact is key to protecting our health and biodiversity: you don't always have to make noise to get noticed, you just need to find the right sound.
